Ratings and reviews

The app is quite good. The downside is that it asks for an OTP every time I want to log in to my account. Having to enter an OTP for every login is something you'd expect from a banking app, but even K-Pay and AyaPay don’t ask for OTP every time. Also, the OTP often doesn’t come through when I try to log in. It’s inconvenient. Please implement a login system with a user password. ASAP

Poor connection and astoundingly terrible customer service. I called to complain about "over a month" of poor internet which doesn't improve after calling their 24/7 hotline technical team. The staff girl kept cutting me off mid-sentences, talking over me and keep repeating general information I already know. She then asked me, "What do you want in the end?" HELLO?? I WANT A GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION LIKE YOU PROMISED!!! I know this space is for application review but their FB shut down reviews.

Don't recommend using this wifi, poor connection.
