Always An Issue! I have a dream that some day, I will be able to do something as simple as checking my balance without having to stop everything that I am doing to call the support hotline and go through an hour or two of waiting just to check my account balance! The amount of constant issues are becoming excessive and increasingly frustrating. I cannot understand how anyone can have a good review for this bank!
Awesome You people make me laugh. We were informed through email and snail mail that this app would be down while they updated and all that. If you can't manage your money well enough and have to rely on your app, you might want to rethink your money management skills
Love it! I see alot of negative reviews about this app! If the customers of Academy Bank would have read the numerous emails and letters sent out Pryor to this weekend they would know that the mobile banking and app are not working until Monday June 22 after the conversion concludes!
Force close Chose this bank simply for mobile deposits. Since the update, anytime I attempt to take a picture to make a mobile deposit, the app does a "force close". I have sent multiple error reports and still can't use the app.
After the update After the update I can't even log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and ir won't work been with Academy Bank for 5 years sad to say I'm going to close my account and move my money else where. And their customer service sucks too.
Changing banks.. I knew they were under maintenance this weekend and I DID read the emails but my log in doesn't work for some reason and even tried calling and my account "doesn't match their records". They shouldn't have changed it in the first place. It's just causing everyone confusion and losing customers. Changing banks ASAP.
