Downloaded the app. Says new version and to update yet no option to update. Stuck on that screen, no way to progress or do anything. Absolutely rubbish

I'm from Ethiopia. I am unable to open an account because I am an installer. I have been installing Dahua cameras for years, so I need a certificate. I completed a practical course, and to obtain my certificate, I need to open an account. However, in my country, I cannot open one. Please help. Tha. Thanks.
