very poor performance, always shows to update screen but there is no option to update.

Very confusing! First scan ALWAYS declines and then you end up losing the points. Scanned 10 items submitted once ALL 10 FAILED. Can not rescan, lost points AGAIN. First app had over 3000 points asked to UPG app now the 3000 points are gone. Was excited now just frustrated and no way to fix and replenish my points.
