Downloaded the app. Says new version and to update yet no option to update. Stuck on that screen, no way to progress or do anything. Absolutely rubbish

I have just uploaded this image check up the result how the camera gave the result good result it is normal

I have deleted my old app and downloaded new,it does not go pass the upgrade page,stuck on that why
