DIB is offering a low interest rate, but they have shown a lack of consideration and empathy in handling my case. I recently moved to a new company, yet they are withholding my gratuity and salary. The bank stated they would only release the funds once my salary transfer is completed and my new salary is credited. Today, I submitted all the required documents, but they are still holding my gratuity and salary. I will not recommend you to take DIB.

Who is the developer and who is the tester assigned to this project? Both don’t seem to be performing well. When I tried to reset the limit, I was only able to set it to the previous value I had entered which defeats the whole purpose. And why don't you guys didn't added the feature manage the debit card? all the basic features are missing.

I would really like it if I was able to check spending history consistently. Most of the time it doesn't even work when you want to check your purchase history Not to mention the app locking you out of updating ur expired documents.... Like I want to give you updated documents but I can't, the screen is just frozen after logging in telling me something is expired:)))))
