This app has become frustrating and useless. Before, at the very least I was able to purchase phone cards and data plans. Now, not only has the user interface become less user friendly, meaning more stressful to navigate. But also I can't do anything with the app other than add accounts. When I try to click on the accounts nothing happens. I can't go into them, at most I can edit the account information. I am beyond frustrated, and I don't know why you decided to change the UI/UX.

terrible. the app dont let you sign in properly even when using the code it sends to your email , it closes the log in and says "unexpected character" . it also doesnt send a verification code to your phone number .. idk if all of this is just a problem with samsung/android phones.. but I have not been able to sign into the app or website not even once... and its been 4 days back to back. got my wifi set up a while ago yet I cant even edit anything ...

I can not edit my profile photo, can not add a photo, each time I try I'm sent to phone settings. This is occurring after an upgrade it seems, not sure what is causing this problem. There is a profile category that has been deleted and I don't know why. Developers, please sort out this problem. Thank you. Is anyone paying attention to this platform?
