Sanctuary Farm Everlasting Care

Been using the app for 3 yrs now & when it works (3 out of 4 times) it's a great app BUT I've had to uninstall & reinstall it 2x. It will arbitrarily say "unable to send" annoyingly often, unrelated to the date of refill allowed. When it functions properly though, it's very convenient to use to stay on top of multiple 'scripts & refill dates.

The app forgets your medications all the time. I've had to re-enter my prescription multiple times. It will also give you an error sometimes when you order a refill, and it may or may not go through to the pharmacy. The design is also poor. The options to manage people and manage medications are not highlighted or shown as a button, so it is not obvious you can click on them.

The lists have no option to sort chronologically or alphabetically. The same prescription shows multiple times and places, so the entire list must be scanned to see the most recent refill for any given prescription. The links are one way, to the pharmacy. There is no information sent back to the user from the pharmacy: if it is ready, delayed. Every order requires a phone call to see if it's ready for pickup. In this more rural area where I live, I cannot assume anything is ready.
