Jo Jo was super helpful and clearly answered all my questions. Thank you so much! My only quip is about the app. There were errors when accessing the chat help. Also, when starting the app, I needed to re-enter all my demographic and financial info that was set up with the credit counselor over the phone. It would have been more helpful if I could just sign in and proceed to the portal.

Great company to deal with! I just got off the phone with Jojo, and in a friendly yet professional way he resolved the issue I called about so fast I thought it couldnt be possible and kept asking other questions referring to the same issue. Gladly though, I was wrong. Jojo did handle it right, fast, and double checked with another dept that all was good. he took less time to get things done than the wait time at the bank would have taken. Way to go, Jojo.

Marly was exceptionally helpful. Not impressed with the app. I had two payment accounts listed when I only signed up for 1 account and this error caused me to miss a payment. When I asked to.have to incorrect account removed. I was told this could not be done with customer service.
