Ratings and reviews

The CreditU app does what it’s supposed to—showing accurate and helpful information. It has some excellent resources if you take the time to click around, making it a solid tool for anyone working with the ACCC. However, I’ve noticed a consistent issue with the "My DMP" button, which causes the app to crash. When it works, though, it’s a fantastic feature! With this bug fixed, it would easily be a 5-star app.

This is a truly great service. The app is pretty good, and they're striving to make it even better by talking with their customers to ask how they can improve. I was one of the customers they surveyed. It's good to see a service that actually cares about what their clients think.

App runs great but for android useres to view documents you do need to use the website vs the app. Otherwise the appt helps you see where you stand with your program, if they've contacted your creditors and they've agreed to your DMP through ACCC. Highly recommend using this non profit to becoming debt free!
