Disney+ has been in SA for a while now. I've enjoyed the shows that are available... When they work. The mobile app is more likely to have unending buffering than it is to actually play the show you want to watch. This is incredibly irritating as I can't watch what I'm paying for when I want to watch it, only when the app decides to work properly. Fix this problem already!

Definitely not renueng my subscription. The app is so bad. Firstly, downloading an episode takes forever (and it's not because I have slow or bad internet service). Then it started playing audio only with no picture, and then upgraded to always showing an error and thought it was that particular series, but it does the same on the new one I just started watching. That's not enough now my phone just started freezing. And from seeing the other reviews it looks like nothing is being fixed.

I do love the content included on Disney's platform. However, the functionality of their app requires urgent attention. On my Smart TV, episodes tend to freeze for a few seconds at a time if I move through the app too quickly. This does not happen with Showmax or DSTV stream. I then have to exit the app and try again, or else I will be watching bits and pieces of the episode where the sound and the picture do not align.
