Ratings and reviews

While on a delivery and after I picked up the load, Dispatch asks you to take a photo of proof of pickup. However, when you select to take the picture, you cannot cannot capture the photo because there is no capture bottom shown. Not taking the picture prevents you from being able to go to the next stage of the drop-off instructions. And, Dispatch only has bot responses that don't apply to your situation. This app needs major work 😩! I give it a -1 for ratings.

Half of the screen displays a tutorial (Go to Available Tab and How To Accept Orders) which won't dismiss, no matter which I haven't done many deliveries for Dispatch. I haven't done a Dispatch gig in a while, because when you have the availability status on and it times out after 12 hours with no offerings, it sort of puts the Dispatch app at the bottom of the list.

App works great; it's easy to understand, it gives multiple order numbers so you have options when one of them fails. You can't press and hold to copy the order numbers but their support staff is easy to reach at least. Everyone I chat with daily finds easy resolutions. The pay is amazing! I can easily get bills paid and live comfortably. They also don't care if the customer gets bad service. They only care about your acceptance rate. You can give bad service and still get the best orders.
