Ratings and reviews

Onto our 2nd year, and the app (and Wealthcare service in general...) are still subpar. My biggest remaining annoyance is the app logs you out when closed or loses focus for too long, forcing you to have to do a full login every single time (should allow for remaining logged in, have biometric login, etc). Some initial bugs are fixed, but overall still clunky. App now prompting for ratings. Are you sure you want us to review this app?! Still not impressed...

This app is not functional. I downloaded it so I could add a bank account to repay in ineligible expense (because I can't the system won't allow you to add a bank account online). I received a message saying I need to add my bank info and to "press here" to add it. when I click press here, though, it only displays my personal info with no place to actually add my back info. So frustrating.

On first use, I clicked on a message to "receive tax forms faster by switching to electronic delivery", wherein the app crashes every time. I've cleared the cache and it crashes each time. Very annoying, especially with MFA required each time it crashes.
