About this app

DocketFlow Employee is the staff app for teams that run on DocketFlow. It puts
the working day in your pocket: clocking in, checking your shift, asking for
leave, and keeping up with what your workplace has announced.

CLOCK IN AND OUT
Start and end your shift with a single tap. The app checks where you are
before the tap goes through, so you know straight away whether you are at your
site rather than finding out hours later. If you are clocking in late,
finishing early, or working outside your usual hours, you are asked for a
reason at the time — while you still remember it.

WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOES NOT
Sites are not always covered. Clock in with no connection and the app holds
the record on your phone, tells you plainly that it is offline, and sends it
as soon as you are back on a network. Nothing is lost and nothing needs
re-entering.

YOUR SHIFTS
See today's hours, when your next shift starts, and your week laid out a day
at a time. Your attendance history is there to look back over whenever you
need it.

LEAVE AND REQUESTS
Request annual, sick, or other leave from your phone and follow it through
approval. Submit requisitions for the things you need to do your job, and see
where each one has got to.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Notices from your workplace arrive as notifications and stay in the app, so a
missed alert is not a missed message.

SIGNING IN
Your account is protected with a PIN, and with your fingerprint or face if
your phone supports it. Changing your PIN asks for the old one first.

ABOUT LOCATION
DocketFlow Employee uses your location to record where a clock-in or clock-out
happened, so your employer can confirm attendance at a site. Location is only
collected around those actions.

Where your workplace has switched on shift tracking, the app can also report
your position in the background during a shift. This is only ever requested
after you have been shown what it does and agreed to it, and it can be turned
off in your phone's settings at any time.

This app is for employees of organisations that use DocketFlow. You will need
an account from your employer to sign in.
