App constantly stops and I can't even have a consultation. Previously I had issues with the audio so I reached out to CS, but they said it was my internet problem, which I had tested multiple times and there were no issues. Restarted, reinstalled, reset - but still facing the same issues.

First time use it, paid and waited for the scheduled call with GP. However no one joined the call, I have waited for 7 mins still nothing happened. Didn't get the consultation with the GP I paid for. I wrote to the chat to ask for refund, no answer. Call to them, no answer as well. Now I don't know how to get the refund. Do not use this app, it's not reliable.

Medication costs can be very reasonable.. But prescription limit of 1 month is designed to promote unnecessary monthly consultations, and supply of certain medications, is unreliable.. When a doctor leaves the platform, so do your notes... overpriced for Psychiatrist compared to private hospital..
