The app started posting a "Let's keep your account secure. We'll help you set up another way to verify it's you" message at every login attempt this week. Then when I tapped the 'Next' button, it would proceed to say "Unknown error. Please contact your administrator" every single time and I can't log in/clock in at all. Fix this bug! I reset my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app...everything. It's been a week now.

app will never let me log in in order to clock in for work. I'm always late cuz I have to get someone else to clock me in. keeps trying to secure my account another way and then gives me an error no matter what I do. this needs to be fixed as soon as possible

First off I don't understand why it insists that you give it at least one star. It doesn't even deserve a 1/4 of a star. This app sucks. I have been kicked out for 4 days. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app quite a few times and I still can't use it. It keeps telling me my password is wrong so I reset it, then it tells me there is a system error. We need to go back to clocking in on the computer, it was less of a headache.
