No seriously, this app sucks. If I wasn't forced to use this by the company, I wouldn't. It's absolute trash. It doesn't properly track runs, doesn't track tips, the GPS actively sabotages you, and the call feature? Hope you like your phone being eternally stuck dialing a number and then redialing it every time you hang up.

As if tracking being wrong, gps getting addresses wrong and tip tracking being wrong wasn't bad enough, now I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work. Literally in the middle of a shift the app will just get stuck loading no matter what I do to try and reset it, the only thing that works is uninstalling and reinstalling. Seriously a multi-billion dollar company hasn't figured out this app by now?

this app is junk. half the time I have to go into the storage and clear the data just to be able to get the app to load up. and it cannot stand to be in the background for more than 2 seconds without restarting. so when you hit the button to start your route and maps pops up, the delivery app will reboot causing you to force close it then re-enter so you can complete deliveries. managers want to complain about drive times and the time it takes to complete deliveries but this app is so glitchy
