I ordered from EatSure because of their 1+1 offer, but as soon as I applied coupons, the offer was removed automatically. There was no clear warning about this before payment. I ended up paying ₹700 for a very small quantity of food, which wasn’t even enough for one person. The value for money is extremely poor. When I tried to contact customer support, I only got automated bot responses. No live agent came online, and I couldn’t get any resolution. Wanted to give a minus rating if possible.

I placed a substantial order for a variety of items through a mobile application that promised a wide selection and timely delivery, only to be utterly disappointed when, upon the arrival of my package, I discovered that I received only a fraction of what I had originally ordered. It quickly became clear to me that I had fallen victim to a fraudulent operation, as the app's deceptive practices and blatant misrepresentation of its services left me feeling truly frustrated and cheated.

It’s really frustrating that the app mainly shows delivery slots that are 2–3 hours later, especially when someone is ordering because they are hungry right now. The whole point of a food delivery app is convenience and quick access to food. If only late slots are available, it defeats the purpose and makes the experience disappointing. I hope the team can work on improving this.
