they don't deliver food and they don't provide any support. You are stuck once you place an order in here. the order delivery was 2 hours late. the food had gone cold. No support was provided. When asked why the order was late, no tangible reason or solution was provided.Frustrated, in the end asked for refund, but even that was not provided. Instead I was notified that I would be charged full amount. Zero professional and ethical behaviour.

I placed an order on EatSure today with a scheduled delivery time of nearly 2 hours. The order was confirmed but cancelled after I had already waited 40–50 minutes. Tho the refund was quick, my time was wasted. I placed the order again, assuming the first cancellation was an exception, but the same issue occurred after another 30–40 minutes. Accepting orders that cannot be fulfilled and cancelling them after long delays reflects poor coordination and a lack of respect for the customer.

I am writing this review after facing the same issue multiple times with Fasoos. I have clearly noticed that orders are delivered on time only when I choose Cash on Delivery. Whenever I place a prepaid order, it almost always gets delayed, and the reason given is kitchen workload or preparation delay. This creates a very bad experience as a customer.
