Absolutely pathetic service! I placed an order twice through this app, and both times it was cancelled after making me wait for more than an hour. What's the point of accepting orders and showing "food is being prepared" if you're just going to cancel them at the last moment? I had guests at my home and trusted your app to deliver on time. After waiting for over an hour, the order was simply cancelled. Imagine the embarrassment of telling your guests that there is no food because your app failed

Their offers are too good. But their chat support or customer support is lacking which is why I'm not giving 5 stars. I forgot to placey free meal, but there's no option to add once paid. And I tried chatting with the support chat, but it was just a bit and there was no option to explain that to it. So wasted my chances of free meal which was included in my order only I wasn't shown it to select. and I tried mentioning about it, it simply didn't respond and asked to close the chat. Rectify..

Best app with W offers, the food along with the customer support is great. Had some minor issues with my food and Ms. Shwetali (the agent assigned to me) considered the issue and made a replacement without much headache and other questions and even gifted me some extra treats! Although the app doesn't have a myriad of food options to choose from, and the Restaurants are kinda limited, the available sellers provide delicious food at a considerable cost and it's still cheaper than other food apps.
