The food quality is great but I am extremely frustrated with the app. In one of my earlier orders one item was missing. Eventough I got it after talking to support alongside a free item, I didn't like the inconvenience caused. In another order I was about to pay and accidentally clicked the slots button, then it moved my slot to 1 hour later and I lost the option to change it back. Cash on delivery was also not available, and there were no free dishes like always for elite members.

Absolutely terrible experience. The app won't give me a delivery timeslot sooner than 2 hours from the present. It then made me wait for 45 minutes before cancelling the order out of nowhere. There was zero explanation or compensation for the immense inconvenience it caused me. I even tried to reach customer support but they have a terribly designed chatbot that refuses to help you or connect you to someone who can help. I am Uninstalling the app and never using it again.

they'll try to hook you to this app by showing good offers, but then they actually take their sweet time. my order was delayed 50 minutes and even after that the delivery driver never picked up my call after receiving the order. That's one thing, but if you need any support, good luck. the only support EatSure provides is an apology from and AI. There's no way to call the restaurant, no way to contact the EatSure support (if they exist). Your best bet is either using other platforms.
