The customer support is extremely poor. I placed and paid for my order because the app showed a 35-minute delivery time, but right after payment it changed to 10:30 PM, saying no delivery partner was available — almost a 2-hour delay. Very misleading and unprofessional service. No proper support, no action taken, and no refund or compensation provided. Extremely frustrating experience.

Absolutely terrible service. I waited over 2 hours for an order I had already paid for. The delivery partner never answered my calls, and customer support was useless—the bot kept repeating that the order was delayed without taking any action. When I finally decided to cancel, the app wouldn't even let me. It's infuriating that I have to struggle for something bought with my own hard-earned money. What's worse, this isn't the first time this has happened. Completely unacceptable.

The store canceled my order, then I received a confirmation call from EatSure, and then my order was canceled. My refund was then initiated, which should have been credited to my account within two days, but I only received a refund initiation notification. Today I received a refund completion notification, but it hasn't been credited to my account yet. Both help and support are down. I tried calling customer support, but the screen is blank.
