Absolutely pathetic service. This has happened TWICE on different days. Both times, I placed an order and waited 30–60 minutes, only for EatSure to cancel the order themselves. What is the point of accepting an order if you can't deliver it? At least cancel it immediately instead of wasting the customer's time for an hour. By then, I could have ordered from somewhere else. Extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with EatSure. 🤮🤢

Very pathetic Customer Support. I once had a missing item in my order. I raised the issue to the Customer Support, and they asked for a photo. OK! I provided a photo, and they replied that "The image you provided shows an item not included in your order, so we cannot validate the missing item claim. Please re-upload a clear photo showing all the food in your order, with the food visible and not just the packaging.", and they did this every time I raised the issue by actually providing the photos

I had an issue with my EatSure order because I had accidentally selected the wrong location. Since there was no option to change the location, I cancelled the order, but my payment wasn’t refunded immediately. I contacted the support team through the emergency contact number, and Akshay assisted me throughout the process. He was very patient, supportive, and helpful, and made sure he could place the same order again without any further hassle. I really appreciate Akshay’s prompt support.
