Worst experience ever. I ordered through the EatSure app, and the delivery time kept getting extended every 10 minutes. I had to use the chatbot. I only asked if I could cancel the order due to the delay, but instead, the order was automatically cancelled without my confirmation. To make it worse, I was charged the full amount for a cancellation I didn't initiate. There's no proper way to reach the customer care

To make it worse, I was charged the full amount for a cancellation I didn’t initiate. There’s no proper way to reach the customer care.

This is the worst application I’ve ever used. They advertise “buy one get one free,” but deliver only one item—completely misleading. Later, they say the free item must be added manually, but this isn’t shown in the cart. That’s your mistake, not the customer’s. There’s no proper return policy either. Even for poor or spilled food, you pay and get nothing back.
