randomly logs out of the app for no reason. update makes it difficult to share access with guests and WE HAVE NO KEYS. sometimes requires wifi and GPS and Bluetooth to all be turned on to verify I'm standing at my door. when it works, it's fine. but when it randomly doesn't work and it takes multiple attempts to unlock the door it's super annoying

If you thought Bluetooth locks were a good idea, think again. Not only does it take forever to unlock using your phone, but the app randomly refuses to sync locks at times. I'm disappointed that my building uses such an improperly built app. NFC shouldn't take more than 5 seconds. If walking up to the driver door of a car can unlock it through NFC in just a second, Door has zero excuses. Fix your app and compatibility. Best solution for users? Memorize your codes.

Having to use this app is the worst part of my experience living in the building. NFC does not work half of the time. A key that works half of the time is useless. So I need to switch to the Bluetooth mode, unlock my phone every time, open the app every time, once for the building door, again for the apartment door, when I could just be using a simple key fob.
