Ratings and reviews

NFC is inconsistent, with some doors requiring me to unlock my device while others don't require it, with no indication of why. Sometimes NFC doesn't work at all so I have to open the app, wade through advertisements for random services, wait for it to connect, select the correct door and try to unlock it, while standing in the cold with no gloves on. Worst thing is that there is no watch app for Android, only iOS, fix that and get 5 stars, it's crazy to not have feature parity with iOS in 2025.

The app used over 2 GB of data in the background in less than a week for no reason. I turned off background data for it and a couple months later it turned the background data back on and used another 500MB in a day before I caught it again. There's no reason for a lock app to need 500+ MB a day of background data

Lags worse than Latch and requires you to disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth to work more often than Latch as well. Also has easily collapsed features so good luck hitting that gate button while driving the first time.
