When it works, it works fine. Sadly, sometimes, when you open the app, it unlocks the door by itself - while you're inside! This is a huge security issue. This app can literally get you killed. It has obviously had no security audit ever. Because uncommanded door unlocks should never happen. Do yourself a favor and just get a physical lock. Otherwise you'll never feel safe inside your home again.

extremely annoying app to use. EVERY time you leave, not close, just leave it has to reload all the doors you have, and THEN it just decides to randomly attempt to unlock whatever was the last door you unlocked THE LAST TIME YOU USED THE APP!! So annoying! takes around 10 seconds to load every time and is much slower and clunkier than the Latch app. Can't believe they make us use this downgrade!

Samsung flip 6. Since May 2026 update, app will fail 25% of time on nfc unlock. Doesn't even look like it's attempting to open. Feels like the app is still asleep. I have to open the app and find the door to unlock. I have about 20+ locks in my building and the lack of organizing is problematic those locks is annoying. You should allow me to organize into groups of keys like frequently use keys, keys related to storage, keys for fitness and lounges etc. These are basic concepts.
