Tabs and Screens in Dupexi:
Shifts
The Shifts screen is the main place to manage your schedule. Here you can view your upcoming assigned shifts, check key shift details, and browse your shift plan across the next several days or weeks.
This screen also includes your availability calendar, where you can select dates and mark yourself as available or unavailable. It helps you stay ahead of schedule changes and gives you a clear view of both your work plan and your availability in one place.
Work Logs
The Work Logs screen helps you keep track of worked shifts and submitted records.
In this screen, you can review shifts that are still waiting for a work log submission and submit your actual working times when needed. You can also switch to your work log history to review previously submitted records.
This makes it easier to stay accurate with reported work hours and keep a clear record of your completed shifts.
Summary
The Summary screen gives you a monthly overview of your work activity.
You can review total worked time, scheduled time, and any extra time for the selected month. It also provides a shift-by-shift breakdown so you can better understand your work history and monthly totals.
This screen is useful for checking how your actual work compares with your assigned schedule.
Notifications
The Notifications screen keeps you informed about important updates.
Here you can read announcements, schedule-related messages, and other alerts relevant to your work. Notifications help ensure you do not miss important information about changes, reminders, or updates that may affect your shifts.
Profile
The Profile screen is where you manage your personal account and app preferences.
