I regret using this. It's been almost two months since requesting, and no one responds in the app. I've received responses by email, but I still receive notifications that my records are uploaded, and nothing shows up. They said I need to follow up with my doctor personally. But at this point, it would have been cheaper and easier to just have asked my doctor myself. Attempts to attach anything in the in-app messaging system crashes the app.

Got scammed, I paid for health records in May and over 2 months later still nothing. When I go to requests it's stuck at "we got your request" even though I was called by the clinic to confirm if I requested health records and the clinic confirmed it was sent. When I log in it says "showing 2 of 2 records" but there's not a single record. I even got an email saying "new record has been added to your account" but there is no such record. Live chat doesnt answer either, do not bother with this app

It's great if you want to simply track your own issues. What they don't tell you is that you must pay $70 for your doctor's records, an additional $70 for your hospital records, an additional $70 for your dental records, $70 for optometry, and $70 for your pharmacy. That is ridiculous, it is a LEGAL RIGHT to have access to your medical records of any kind. I'm uninstalling and 100% regretting giving this app/company my personal information just to find out they want to gouge me to get access.
