I have used this app for maybe 10 years. I like all the options it gives for playing my music and podcasts. One annoying issue that has been going on for a few years now is that during podcast playback it will randomly jump back a minute or so. At first I thought it was an error in the podcast but it happens on multiple different ones. It was a minor annoyance until this weekend I was listening to one and it kept jumping back to the beginning.

UPDATE 2: Still no response from support for a still broken app so 1 star it is until they fix it. Come on guys! UPDATE 1: Updated to latest version and now playback doesn't automatically pause when watching other media online (i.e. Youtube) or when disconnecting Bluetooth devices like it used to. Changing settings doesn't fix it. Still no response from support. 👎 I'll give it 5 stars again when they fix these issues.

When it works, it is a really solid program. However, I am not sure if it still works for a PC. I have been having trouble with it and my request for help from the company did not receive a response. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but I cannot redownload it from the store here as my device is not listed as eligible. I notice too that it only lists phone, Chromebook, and tablet as options to review. My entire music library is on my PC, so if that's gone, it's useless to me.
