While it's a fantastic idea to finally have some public transportation in twin falls... it's nearly always late, I know scheduling conflicts happen quite often but more often than not, after calling in a ride a week in advance several times, they were an hour and a half late sometimes. The drivers are always nice, and the vehicle itself is very clean but the timing of everything is just not there. Best for use with casual travel instead of a commuting option.

Okayish. Drivers are pretty nice, but it really sucks rides are either "take your chances on availability" or schedule more than a day in advance. You can't schedule something, say, four hours from now. Makes it a lot less useful, means you have to fall back to Uber a lot.

Pretty much same as everyone else's experience. Drivers are phenominal, but you'll schedule a ride and have them show up 10 minutes early (if you're lucky) or 20-30 minutes late. Don't bother calling, as they'll tell you 30-45 minutes before your scheduled time that the driver is running late. Seems that 30-45 minutes is ample time to correct running late. I've talked to some of the drivers, and their system doesn't even prioritize scheduled rides over people requesting them for "now" pick up.
