Ratings and reviews

Absolute trash. Never on time. Drivers have attitude. They ll park across the street, wait for you to walk up, then drive away and close the doors. Or sometimes they dont show up at all, waste time your time waiting for the service, cancel the ride request on their own with no explanation. App has terrible UI. Very clunky, inaccurate, slow. Honestly easier to walk most of the time than deal with all that.

The app is not bad, but could use a little updating, as it has glitches, and has seemed to be a wait any time after the lunch hour. It would be nice for the app to include high waiting peaks for their residents and employees of Moab. Other than that it is at least an option for people without their vehicles to have.

The app counted down to almost no time remaining three times as we were left on the side of the road, watching and waiting for over an hour. Then we had to ride to the other side of town to drop off other people before we went to our destination. For being the only option in town to get around, it stinks. I would rather pay money for better service then have bad free service.
