As a solo practitioner, the app has been very useful for times when I cannot be in the office, enabling me to receive faxes, as well as make phone calls (which shows my office number on the caller id). Frustrating! The dialer either disconnects my cell internet despite having full bars or drops my patient calls after 1 minute, which seriously presents a risk to patient care. I've reached out before and was told "we're looking into it" and almost a year later there's no fix. I'm running the latest Android with the same error no matter how many times I reinstall or update. It used to work fine!
