Browse and discover

- Explore nearby stores, categories, brands and products.
- Search by text or voice and compare available variants and add-ons.
- Save favourites and shopping lists for later.

Build your order

- Keep a reliable cart as you browse.
- Choose a saved delivery address or confirm a new address on the map.
- Add delivery notes, promotional codes and optional reference photos where supported.

Checkout your way

- Complete online checkout through VeritasPay when available.
- Use an eligible Dozmar wallet balance or recharge it through VeritasPay.
- Select cash on delivery when the store and order support it.

Follow every order

- Receive order and payment updates.
- Review current and previous orders, invoices and transaction details.
- Follow fulfilment progress and view an assigned rider on the delivery map.
- Retry an incomplete online payment and request supported cancellations, returns or refunds.

Manage your account

- Sign in with email, phone or Google where available.
- Update your profile, delivery addresses, preferences and language.
- Contact support or delete your account from the app.

Location access is requested when you choose location-based store, address or delivery-map features. Camera or photo access is used only when you choose to add an image, such as a profile photo, address reference, review or return attachment. Microphone permission supports optional voice search; audio recording starts only when you activate voice search. Notifications can be enabled for relevant order, payment and account updates.
