Ratings and reviews

frustrating!!! And won't work on most Wi-Fi networks, it won't work if you are on LTE network, and sometimes it barely works on 5G if you only have one or two bars. It's constantly crashing or buffering or just not working. I don't know why it doesn't work on Wi-Fi because if I'm in a bad area I need to work like that because this app sucks donkey balls if you're not on 5G. It really impacts your ability to do best ball as you will miss drafts or autodrafts garbage.

Awful interface options and customer service could be more more helpful. I write this review after I entered another lineup into a second contest by hitting a small prompt by accident. I attempted to withdraw from the contest before its start, but I was not allowed because they don't allow you to withdraw entries from "full contests" on the app. I have had to contact customer service over what should have been a non-issue. I can't believe they make someone do this if they make a simple error.

It was going ok, but then they put my account in restrictions again, no reason. All I did was look at the games, never placed a bet or anything. They still owe me cash too. I put in a withdrawal, they restricted it, I sent pictures and finally got that fixed. So I re-initiated a withdrawal and it's restricted again. I'm not sure they wanna be in business, I think they just like to advertise and screw the small guys over. Thank goodness we're only talking about $30, imagine if it was $3,000.
