Ratings and reviews

Awful interface options and customer service could be more more helpful. I write this review after I entered another lineup into a second contest by hitting a small prompt by accident. I attempted to withdraw from the contest before its start, but I was not allowed because they don't allow you to withdraw entries from "full contests" on the app. I have had to contact customer service over what should have been a non-issue. I can't believe they make someone do this if they make a simple error.

It was going ok, but then they put my account in restrictions again, no reason. All I did was look at the games, never placed a bet or anything. They still owe me cash too. I put in a withdrawal, they restricted it, I sent pictures and finally got that fixed. So I re-initiated a withdrawal and it's restricted again. I'm not sure they wanna be in business, I think they just like to advertise and screw the small guys over. Thank goodness we're only talking about $30, imagine if it was $3,000.

App hasn't worked right in over 2 months now! Always having connectivity issues. Every time I try and place a bet it says to check my location. I've been in the same location for years and have all my settings correct. Just think about the hundreds of dollars I deposit a year, multiplied by hundreds of thousands of users, you'd think they would fix the bugs and update it!!
