Ratings and reviews

The "opt-in" requirement for new players is not clear at all. It was way too easy to make a deposit and start playing. There was no "opt-in" button shown during the process. I found out later. It's a deceptive process to have to hit a buried "opt-in" button to be eligible for the initial deposit loss promo. Be aware.

having a very hard time opening this app. once opened won't let me log in. keep having to uninstall, clear cache, disconnect from wifi, reconnect to wifi and it just keeps happening. I've even powered my phone off and back on. Yikes! hope it gets better! 😮‍💨 Update as of Nov 26th: I'm still struggling with this app. I tap on it to open it and get an error message stating that server is unable to connect and for me to connect to WiFi. I'm already connected to a very strong WiFi. ☹️

Constant connection error. I have to uninstall and reinstall when I want to log in. Constantly giving connection error . I told customer service about this the other day and they said they were going to forward the issue to their tech people. Still ahead anything back. Very annoying that this keeps happening. 1st time this has happened in the past couple years that I have been playing. Doesn't do well for making their company money if people can't log in. **update: still not fixed....horrible!**
