Dotori SSH Scout is a local-network discovery and SSH terminal tool for field engineers and system administrators.
It automatically checks the selected TCP port (22 by default) across the current Wi-Fi subnet, then lets you connect to a discovered host or enter any IP address, hostname, and custom port directly.
Key features:
• Automatic SSH-port discovery across the current Wi-Fi /24 subnet
• Direct connections by IP address or hostname with a custom port
• A mobile-ready terminal with Ctrl, Alt, arrows, and function-key controls
• Optional credential storage in secure on-device storage
• Trust-on-first-use host-key confirmation and changed-key warnings
• Fast reconnection to saved targets with per-target removal
• Korean and English UI with Light/Dark theme support
To use the connection features you need an SSH server running and reachable on the same network. The app does not provide a server — it connects to the SSH service on a device you own or are authorized to administer. With no reachable server, discovery results will be empty.
SSH provides an active remote shell that can execute commands on another device. Use Dotori SSH Scout only on networks and systems you own or are authorized to administer.
This version uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK for a persistent banner at the top of app pages, but has no separate analytics SDK or developer backend. The ad is released while a dialog or settings sheet is visible, and the top banner remains in place while the software keyboard is open. Local discovery results, SSH credentials, and terminal content are not sent to the developer or the ads SDK.
