As paying user it's nice to have everything in one place. Web version works fine, but app urgently needs a makeover. It keeps signing me out at random when opening some papers, it is not possible to simply reorder a list, no dark mode, no ToC, the todo's of one paper do not show up in the Todo tab... Update: the signing out issue was indeed solved with the instructions below. The missing todo items are still missing, also in a browser. Dark mode, ToC and smoother list edit would still be nice.

Flaky on Android. Random irritations (e.g. clicking on a link within a page creates a new document, sometimes just doesn't sync with desktop changes, zombie document that can't be delete, just doesn't work on pre Android 8, selecting lines amend or delete frustratingly just doesn't work and a whole heap of other things. Works fine on my PC. Wish list for developers: - Coloured text (not highlight but font colour) - Further heading levels with a variety of styles - HTML tags (just basic ones)

Paper is the only reason I still use Dropbox. Although the Android app, in my opinion, is a huge failure because of the lack of offline support. Also, there's no support for RTL languages, no Dark theme. I also despise how it mixes all the checklists together in a dedicated tab but has no proper file view (the random folder + file feed is infuriating). Still you get what you get for free.
