REAL+DIGITAL (Electronic Registry of Weapons and Licenses) is an application designed to facilitate access for registered and licensed users, as well as unlicensed citizens who wish to carry out procedures related to the management of weapons where users can access all the functions of the web portal from any mobile device.

Main Features:

The App offers services for two types of users:
•Licensed Citizens.
•Citizens without licenses.


This App allows these users:


• Manage your demographic data.
• Manage Appointments.
• Keep a record of visits and procedures carried out.
• List legally held weapons and ammunition.
• View Licenses Digitally.

How It Works:
• For Licensed Citizens: you can access the app by entering your license number, PIN, last four digits of social security and year of birth. By completing this they can register their email, retrieve their PIN, validate their identity and confirm their new PIN. After accepting the terms and conditions, users will be directed to the main page of the application.



• For Citizens without a License: they can use the app to manage appointments related to obtaining weapons licenses. They must fill out personal information, select the type of license and purpose of the appointment, and provide contact and address details. Users can choose their command area and appointment shift, either manually or automatically, and save the information.

Users can access all the functions of the web portal from any mobile device.

• Manage appointments.
• Keep a record of visits and transactions made.
• List legal firearms and ammunition in their possession.
• View their licenses digitally.

How It Works:

• For Citizens With a License:
They can access the app by entering their license number, PIN, the last four digits of their social security number, and year of birth. Once completed, they can register their email, recover their PIN, validate their identity, and confirm their new PIN. After accepting the terms and conditions, users will be directed to the app's main page.

• For Citizens Without a License:
They can use the app to manage appointments related to obtaining firearms licenses. They must complete personal information, select the type of license and the purpose of the appointment, and provide contact and address details. Users can choose the command area and the time slot of their appointment, either manually or automatically, and save the information.
