This application is terribly designed in terms of saving redemptions and coupons. If you redeem a coupon and lock the screen or close the app the coupon is lost along with its ID, I lost the coupon twice because the screen locked after leaving it waiting on the line to order and I was unable to screenshot it as well. The least you can do is let us save our redeemed coupons for later use while we are atleast on waiting lines and I would give you a better rating!

Disappointing Experience I informed Lucky One I no longer wanted the card as I’m leaving for Switzerland, but I received a call insisting I take it. Even though it was just one call, it felt unprofessional. When a customer says "no," that should be respected. I hope they improve communication. Until then, I can't recommend this app. One star.

I have not been able to log into the app for a while now as the 6 digits passcode is never sent to my phone number. I uninstalled the app and installed again but still the same issue. Such an unprofessional app with many technical issues. You should make the verification through phone an option and offer an alternative through email.
