Dashed hopes. Hoping it would be easier to pay my bill, I hop on to the app, only to see extra charges. Showmax is added. I never asked for showmax. I think, no problem, I can always remove. Nope. Nothing on the app to remove these extra charges I never asked for. I see the live chat option and think perfect, I can get help. No again. First, wait time is oddly longer than expected. Second, I now have to go onto Showmax website to remove something I never added. No offer to do it. Disappointing!

All I can say is that, I have had a wonderful time and experience watching the show and voting my favourite contestants using the app. The app is easy and straightforward to use. But i believe there is always room for improvement especially in the user interface. The developers should look into beautiful colours and colour combinations that will make the whole user experience more magical. This will imbue in users, the feeling of being at home and relaxed. Thank you.

I was using this app perfectly well some years back, and for over a year now I can do practically nothing with the app, any action taken will prompt and error code. And to make it worst, I have reached customer service multiple times and its all stories upon stories. From one phone to the other up to samsung s22 ultra, still the exact same issue. I hope this can be escalated and not just the normal excuse.
