Ratings and reviews

This app is a scam. Half the time rides don't show up. I am a POD user but instead of offering the discount promised, the app charged a fee in advance for the ride and then when the ride comes it says discount doesn't apply and you have to pay full price in cash. So instead of getting a discount, I get charged twice the fee for a normal ride. This has happened 4 or 5 times and the team does nothing to solve an issue. They are scamming POD users and i would insist you stay away from this service.

Absolute frustrating piece of trash of an app: you have to schedule rides at least 15 minutes from the moment you do it even if there are taxis just 2 minutes away from you! And the drivers have to wait too! The application jeeps saying that "my trip has begun" when the car is 1 km away from me, which also disables me from callimg to the driver. There is no chat option. Only calls, and international phone numbers do not work with it. Taxi drivers often say they are payed meager percentage.

very bad app. can't pay online, can't make late reservations, can't schedule multiple ridrs. you have to wait 1h for the next taxi to arrive. Just call the hotline and speak directly to the operator, it's better, I have a verified sanad card and already contacted the support about all these bugs for months and nothing was fixed. I used to be able to schedule multiple rides and opened a bug report about it earlier that week, check with the support team
