Trying to register for hours both the app and website. Both say to check my email for a confirmation link. Im 100% sure Ive entered it correctly but: 1. Nothing in my inbox. Ive refreshed the page, logged out, logged in. 2. Nothing in spam folder. It wont let me register to buy tickets. Also, says "data not found" when searching for trains available on any dates for MONTHS now (YEARS per other reviewers. Wow!) Be considerate, take the app and website down to not waste our time.

I am using a Samsung android phone. The app is a complete waste of time. And poorly designed. I spent 30 minutes searching for different departure dates and from different stations but the results always showed 'data not found' error messages. (I have used the official Indonesia rail app to book journeys on their whoosh train, by comparison it is well designed and actually works!!)

We can register, and press the confirmation in reply e-mail that is used in the register prior you log in. Both App. and Website able to buy the ticket. Paid with credit or debit cards. I suspected one topic. Why we have to show the printed paper? You did not permission via App. Page shown. I wonder to get more information, such as, Routes, Schedule, Stopped Stations in more details. May you add more features in future? Good in the beginning phase, I believe you can do better. Cheers!!
