We can register, and press the confirmation in reply e-mail that is used in the register prior you log in. Both App. and Website able to buy the ticket. Paid with credit or debit cards. I suspected one topic. Why we have to show the printed paper? You did not permission via App. Page shown. I wonder to get more information, such as, Routes, Schedule, Stopped Stations in more details. May you add more features in future? Good in the beginning phase, I believe you can do better. Cheers!!

Very useless app. Nothing is working. Everytime I try to look for a ticket, I get the error message "Data not found". They created an app just to have one, otherwise it's completely useless, nothing working. Thai Bureaucracy at it's best!

Log in always fail. Everytime you update the trip info. E.g. the date, You have to fill all info. of the passengers again. Payment by cards always fail or system errors. And if the payment fail, you have to redo all again and again. Waste of time. And max tickets are 4. Should be 6 or more.
