worst remake of an app ever, they charge u at every turn, 1% investment buying fee and then later another 1% when u sell ur position, they added new regulations in which if you buy positions during the weekend when the market opens if the difference in price is big then your position shifts. the investment section is inaccurate, it says for example you made +2€ after a 1% fee then when u sell ur positions it only gives u 0.83€. these changes make me want to abandon dukascopy, not satisfied.

Transfers are fast but modern features like qr and app payments are missing. Digital cards aren't available for many regions also. So it's quite limiting. Hope that changes and Dukascopy catches up to modern banks...

My transaction is in the air for a week now. They don't process it, they don't cancel it. Support doesn't respond AT ALL!
