It seeks to contribute to the user's emotional awareness. For this, a table of 14 to 20 options of different emotions is displayed, from which the user will have to select one or more that correspond to the emotional state he is feeling. In this way, the application will store the information so that later, when the user wishes, they can see what their emotions were in the last week. The application will give you a graph of the percentages of each emotion felt. Finally, the user can also adjust the intensity of the emotion they feel. In this way the application will record both the emotions felt and their intensity. Also, the application has information regarding each emotion, such as definition and certain characteristics.
