You cannot login your account to different phone. The one you used during application is only one you can use to access your account. Very disappointing. Super hassle using it. Sometimes the atm machine is not even dispensing money. If you are pushing to upgrade your service, makes sure it will really help your customer. That it will really make things easier for us.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. In the latest update of konek2CARD multiple users is not allowed in a single device due to security risk purposes.

This app is so irritating. Now, it requires high speed connection to open the app and a lot of people are struggling because of that. Seriously, you should fix this error since a lot of member doesn't have high speed connection, usually they only used mobile data. You should consider the area of all the people who used this app! SO HOW WE CAN USE THIS APP PROPERLY? Its getting on my nerves, I want to quit being member of this sht.

This app is overall good even if there are frequent maintenance sometimes. Good thing, they send notifications or messages but sometimes it is all of a sudden. Sometimes it also doesn't work if the telecom signal on a place is poor. But I think it's for security. So I still use it because it is more convenient for us living in a mountainous area, rather than keeping a ledger that will make us keep on going to the center/bank and getting manual updates.
