the app sucks. when trying to find a certain video in playback mode, after trying to watch 5 videos it will kick you out and say you've exceeded you logins. then you're stuck waiting. app can also have a really hard time connecting in general.

Works ok for me have been using this app for years, even after Samsung & Android updates still working, not experienced any problems like other reviews. Yes the app could be more functional but it does the job I can watch my CCTV on this app good enough for me!

Failing to connect since Samsung updated. I uninstalled and reinstalled, yet received same message. Nothing changed with the system, just app and phone updates.
