The Dyson Link app helps you get the very best from your Dyson machine. With our connected features, you can activate, schedule and monitor your machine, whether you’re at home or away.

In our latest release, we’ve created faster connections, simplified the navigation, and made it easier for you to understand your machine’s performance.

By connecting to your Dyson purifier fan or heater, you can:

• Review both indoor and outdoor air quality information, in real time
• Explore historic air quality information, and learn about your indoor environment
• Remotely control air flow speed, mode, timer, oscillation and other settings
• Receive software updates and access product guides.

By connecting to your Dyson robot vacuum, you can:

• Control, activate or pause your robot, remotely
• Schedule and track cleans
• Switch between MAX and Quiet modes, mid-clean
• Explore where your robot’s cleaned, with activity maps
• Receive software updates and access product guides.

Plus, you can control your machine with simple, spoken instructions*.

Please note, some Dyson machines require a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection. Please check specific connection requirements on the Dyson website.

As per my last app review, it takes FOREVER for the app to locate the device location. The device is placed in my living room, directly next to my Xfinity wifi. I'm not looking for troubleshooting tips. The app just needs to be tweaked. Sometimes it takes up to a minute to locate the location. That needs to be fixed in a future update, it cannot be fixed by me

Hi Andrew. Thanks for leaving us a review. I'll will pass your comments across to our developers for review. It does sound like your machine could have an intermittent connection to the Dyson Cloud. A quick fix for this is to turn it off at the wall for a few minutes, once turned back on this will help your product re-establish this connection.

App/AirPurifier: Information on the landing page doesn't match the graph detail. Even when air quality is above the target level, the unit doesn't turn on. Also, I put a new genuine Dyson filter every January; just put this last one on 1/30/22, suddenly the usage percentage jumped and the app now says that as of today (3/22/22) the new filter is already at 55%?!?! In two months on mostly auto mode?!? Is this a ploy to get us to buy more filters and sooner than needed?? So much for 12mos.

Hi. The In-App graphical information has a slight time lag when it comes to showing what is happening in real time. For our latest generation of machines, this is around 20 minutes. Purifier filters has an expected life average of 12 months. This is based on the use of 12 hours per day. Contact our team directly and we can investigate this for you.

I have 3 Dyson air purifier machines at home, but this app only let me install only one of them. The other 2 machines for some reason it won't let me connected to this app at all. Even though I did all the steps correctly. I even unplugged them and waited 10 minutes to try to link them up again, but it still would not let me do it at all. So frustrated! Arrrrgggggghhhhhhh! Stupid and useless app! 😡
