This was my first time using the E3datanation platform, and it has been a very disappointing experience. I funded my wallet expecting the transaction to reflect instantly, but the funds were never credited. I attempted to contact their customer support using the phone number they provided, but it was switched off and has remained unreachable. With no response or support from their team, I’m starting to feel like this platform might be a scam. It’s very frustrating, especially for a first-time.

I gave it a one ⭐ and a negative review based on my experience with the app last year. A few weeks into my reaching out to them on WhatsApp they later responded and solved my problem. After that any other issues I have and sent complaints for have been resolved for that reason I am giving it a four ⭐. but on a serious note you all need to work on your customer service
