About this app

Ease allows patients to invite family members and loved ones to receive text, photo and video updates on their status throughout the hospital experience in a safe and secure app. A HIPAA compliant communication app, Ease is designed to improve patient satisfaction and increase transparency with updates used to educate and inform families on the patient’s status. Family members and loved ones will be able to view all Ease updates for 60 seconds of screen time before it disappears, and all content is never stored on a device. Improving patient satisfaction, communication and reducing anxiety has never been easier. Ease is freedom from the waiting room.

The Ease App uses 5G, 4G, LTE or WiFi connections (when available). Within the app, patients are able to add the family and friends they want to keep informed and relaxed throughout their medical procedure or hospital stay.

Encrypted texts, photos and videos are sent at the direction of the patient’s medical team. In order to receive Ease updates, your medical provider must be signed up for the Ease program.

I've had this app for a month while my baby is in the NICU and the hospital suggested this app because they use it to take photos of my baby while I'm at home. I screenshot almost every photo. For a week now I have no been able to save photos of MY BABY that the hospital sends me when Im home. I dont know if was an update or something but Im NOT happy about it and I know other moms here in the NICU with are upset as well.

does not work! you cannot enter patient birthdate other than with monthly calendar but every time you try to scroll backwards it kicks you out. Nurse confirms the app doesn't work on any android phone. delete from the app store!

I had no idea this app existed until my baby was transferred to the nicu after birth. I am so thankful to be able to receive updates about my sweet boy when I can't be there myself. 🩵
