very user friendly. free plan let's you send 3 free invoices. I like that. let's you actually try out the app without shoving frees in your face and demand payment for something you haven't used. I really like how you can see that invoice has been read after it has been sent. have not taken a payment yet through this app yet. will update after I work more with this app.

This was a great app for about 2 years that we used it and when the new features started being added a few months back it became a complete mess. App function not working, paylinks not working, Lag times on trying to type, types Capital letters for no reason in the first letter of every word. Randomly reformatted so description and content flipped and now there are "word limits", signatures requests are a mess. There is so much wrong with it that I've maxed out the words. DO NOT USE

The updates have made it worse. You know you guys can just leave it as is. You don't need to constantly update to feel like you're improving. Also the address search doesn't work anymore. Also how it saves each line item when entering items into an estimate or invoice is annoying. Yes I know you can click to not save item but it shouldn't be the default.
