Very bad service! Customer care service is there, but they are of no help. I have an LTE connection with GO Telecom, though I never got the speed as stated. But now, the problem got worse with the internet speed (the internet speed is in bps or very low kpbs). I called customer care and they opened a ticket. The next day, the ticket was closed without any resolution.

Yesterday, I received a 5g modem. till now, they haven't activated. I called customer care, and the last person behaved very badly. he just disconnected my call. now my question to administration is, is it your good service ?
