I buy the service 100Mbps but it never reaches to 5Mbps. Similarly upload. So you are not delivering what you promised therefore please refund my money. Thanks

I have plan 100mbps but they provide me 1mbps to 1.2mbps speed on every time from day to night i don't know what types of this plan I can't understand.

Yesterday, I received a 5g modem. till now, they haven't activated. I called customer care, and the last person behaved very badly. he just disconnected my call. now my question to administration is, is it your good service ?
