Keeps saying no internet found. But works fine when deleted and reinstalled; which I don't want to do every time I use it...! Update - has never worked correctly with my Samsung Galaxy 7 phone (often reports no internet until I switch wifi on and off again). Now it is no longer sending notifications to the phone at all despite all usual attempts to rectify (yet works on a separate iPhone). Very very poor.

Thank you for your comment, The "internet not found message" is reported to the app from your device based on its current internet connection, If you still have a concern then please contact your installer or admin@eatonsecureconnect.com

Is the app compatible with Google Home? Also, what are the toggle buttons to the right of each room or door (next to the “open door” symbol) actually for, what do they do? Lastly, I’m finding the biometric login works perfectly in my iPad but, unlike every other biometric login on my Android (Samsung A34) phone, it sometimes takes 2 or 3 attempts to be accepted there. Thanks.

It's about time that Eaton provided an update with a fix for the notification issues on Android. Many reviews state that notifications are only received when the phone is unlocked after being idle for a short period. It works fine on wife's IOS. Obviously something to do with push notification from the cloud/panel. I've spent hours testing to resolve this, applied every setting advised for battery optimisation, app running in background etc to make sure the app is open permanently. Please fix.
