Using Samsung S23 Ultra. I have notifications set to remind me 30 minutes prior to a meal, so I can ensure I have time to prepare, but I don't get any notification or sound unless I actually open the app. Other than that, it's a convenient feature to be able to figure out meal times and even adjust the time I ate (click the pencil (Edit) icon), if I forget to click "Eat".

On the Optavia plan and this app is great to remind me when to eat. I love that it is customizable for the times and is easy to change or add times if needed. I also love that I can keep track of my weight loss over time. I would LOVE if it added a way to track my water intake in oz, link to my fitbit for calorie and step calculations, and would allow me to check off if I'd eaten all my greens, condiments, healthy fats etc (or give a place to make notes in the times I've eaten).

Excellent, easy to use & interpret & flexible. Highly recommend. Takes very little time to use. I am a retired pgarmacist & would suggest adding a place associated with or next to each eating time for notes, such as blood sugar readings just before each snack/meal as well as a brief description of food intake. Blood sugar readings, of course, will give an indication of insulin levels. A spike or high insulin levels will cause the body to deposit more calories as body fat.
