Ratings and reviews

The app is actually extremely useless. There are no agents that you can communicate with in the app via chat if you have an issue. The app is pointless. All it does is take your personal information. I have been waiting over 14 days now to open an account - no success. Everything has been verified on my profile but I cannot do anything with accounts. I have never encounter an app so useless. It helps with nothing. I regret uploading my information on it. Do not use.

I have signed up and trying to access the app and all it keeps on saying is the code is sent and when I enter the code it brings me right back to the sign in page. Frustrating can't be bothered I'll just uninstall. What's the point of reaching out? I will uninstall and keep it moving the app is just isnt worth my time. sorry I couldn't give it a negative 0

this app makes no sense at all for using. I sign up,and want to get to join the partna plan and it not allowing me to,after using same documents I use to sign up it keep rejecting me ,and keep saying I need to match national id,oh is that when is the 1 USA 🇺🇸 passport I got,and unable to come to jamaica to do it in person. even to deposit money into my 2 accounts I got with jn. I feel jn needs to either update this app to make it more accessible for use,or find other options for overseas
