Ratings and reviews

The app is actually extremely useless. There are no agents that you can communicate with in the app via chat if you have an issue. The app is pointless. All it does is take your personal information. I have been waiting over 14 days now to open an account - no success. Everything has been verified on my profile but I cannot do anything with accounts. I have never encounter an app so useless. It helps with nothing. I regret uploading my information on it. Do not use.

I have signed up and trying to access the app and all it keeps on saying is the code is sent and when I enter the code it brings me right back to the sign in page. Frustrating can't be bothered I'll just uninstall. What's the point of reaching out? I will uninstall and keep it moving the app is just isnt worth my time. sorry I couldn't give it a negative 0

Great Idea, bad app experience and implementation. logs you out all the time. chats timeout very quickly. don't get me started on document verification, whole process is too long. especially if you are applying for any product other than a bank account.
