disaster service comparing with last time I renewed the ID two years ago... the app and the website are different not matched, the service through the website easier than the app, supposed the app is the easiest way... days till the renewal is done 🫣😵‍💫

Even to update mobile number they are charging money. I lived in many countries, but never seen such things in any other country. all my earnings are going to ICP app

poorly designed App & website... most of the services are broken and cant handel Arabic & English & documents upload... they are so bad that there are businesses called "typing centers" to deal with their exceptionally poor system
