Ratings and reviews

For people with issues updating firmware ("connection failed"): when chosing the EcoFlow_XXXX network, wait a moment until Android shows the popup "No internet, tap for options" and then chose to stay connected and don't show this warning again. If this isn't enabled, the app will lose connection to the battery. I had issues updating firmware and after this it went without issues. (It's still weird that the app needs Photo access to store the downloaded firmware.)

I can't pair my ecoflow river 2 max via Bluetooth to this app for automation. All online forums also mentioned the same issue. Also, my River 2 Max keeps disconnecting, and even when its connected, it doesn't show the input, output, etc., only the battery percentage. My internet coverage is not the issue, i've checked and refreshed multiple times. It doesn't switch automatically from AC input to solar input when AC input is zero. This defeats the purpose of having it as an emergency pwr source.

Very intuitive app, but setup was lacking in direction and no prompt to pair with Bluetooth and I had to sort of guess. After setup, I had wifi for the Pro but not on the Home 2. It required multiple trials over the last 12hrs to fully setup. The electrician wasable to set up the box with ease except they had me relocate box and said that the power inlet couldn't be separated. I think some info for professionals to install would be a great idea. Overall, app fixes could mean 10/10.
