Ratings and reviews

Very intuitive app, but setup was lacking in direction and no prompt to pair with Bluetooth and I had to sort of guess. After setup, I had wifi for the Pro but not on the Home 2. It required multiple trials over the last 12hrs to fully setup. The electrician wasable to set up the box with ease except they had me relocate box and said that the power inlet couldn't be separated. I think some info for professionals to install would be a great idea. Overall, app fixes could mean 10/10.

Requires excessive permissions. Firmware can only be upgraded when you accept what should be unnecessary permissions that allow them to identify your location. Even then, it gets locked in a loop and can't be upgraded. I should be able to connect direct via bluetooth to the device. Can't use the app offline. I contacted support and haven't heard back in within 4 days so I'm returning it. most of the app is advertising other products and automations.

For an established company like Ecoflow, not having a fully developed and feature-rich app is absolutely pathetic. Basic functionality like the average battery life remaining if you have additional batteries connected is not included. The automated features in the app are next to worthless. Lastly, if you want to just use this app to monitor your device, good luck because the app doesn't even accurately track the flow of energy in and out of the device. This is basic stuff, Ecoflow.
