Ratings and reviews

This app needs a lot of work. No option to cancel trips and the number provided to contact UCHRA is useless because they can't cancel or modify trips made through the app. At times it will assign your trip to a van that's not even in your county and your ride will never come. This app needs to be totally scrapped and remade from the ground up. Totally useless.

App crashes on most of the pages now, still no GPS for drivers, no way to communicate other than calling the rude operators on the phone lines... If you're going across town and don't mind waiting up to an hour this can be OK as it is much cheaper but if it's going to be a short ride just get a Lyft

Once you see the map and see they keep driving further away, there's no way to cancel. Just a prompt to call a number for changes which is closed after 6. This was much better when it was an option in Uber.
