They send fake reservation codes, when you contact them, they blame the airlines, a day before your flight they change the reservation previously sent, you get notified that they have 24hr respond time when your flight is about to leave. ALWAYS PAY WITH CREDIT CARDS, TAKE SCREENS SHOTS OF EMAILS WITH FAKE RESERVATION CODES AND CONVERSATIONS AND DISPUTE IT WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Do not waste your time talking to them there are no live agents.

The worst experience ever, they just take your money, after you pay everything, edestinos cancel all your flight tickets and the hotels reservation, they never answer the email, they don't have any contact number, none answer your complaining. We have to make a plaint or demand, isn't possible they continue working in so many counties without any restrictions and even a penalty fee. Never use it

Horrible follow up when there was an issur with my flight. The customer service rep would not give me her name or a reference number for me to know they were following up on my issue, she spoke over me then hung up leaving me in the dark to know if they were actually doing anything to solve the issue. In the meantime I had to follow up directly with the airline to correct the issue with my travel. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP, DO NOT USE
