I like the eyepieces, it does help me but changing volume with a Smart phone is nice but not very friendly. Raising the volume to listen to tv the general volume goes up too, and it became so loud I had to the device off. Then I don't hear the tv. I wish I can increase the low frequency up and high frequency down separately.

Being able to hear people better is awesome. But having a lot of squealing, especially after putting them in. Which is frequently because they only last about 4 hrs on a charge. Changing filters helps with squealing, but having to change them twice a week when I see no signs of wax?

It's a good product, and Bluetooth does great for hearing in different environments by making adjustments on the installed app on my android phone.
